FYX continues to closely monitor the global development of coronavirus (COVID-19) including the advice from federal and local health departments, to ensure we meet the needs of our customers and provide for the health and safety of our employees. 

Currently, FYX is operating at it’s normal capacity. In addition, we have business continuity plans in place in order to ensure the same level of service excellence our customers have come to rely on. These include:

Our service coordinators are on call 24/7 to provide road service support. All of our employees are equipped to seamlessly connect with our colleagues and our customers in a secure and productive environment, while working remotely at any time. We feel confident in our continued ability to serve your business 24/7, regardless of our physical work locations. 

Availability of the FYX Platform
Our FYX Roadside Assistance platform is fully automate and supported by a team of IT specialists to ensure continuous operations.  

Collaboration with Service Partners
FYX is working closely with our service partners to ensure nationwide coverage of roadside assistance events.
